Cowboys! One star, one str too many…
Turned up 3 hrs late and no decency to keep us updated on ETA. Very little care during collection with lack of attention in packing up, handling and loading of our belongings. Damages caused at collection.
No labelling during packing.
Unreliable informations. Initially we were told deliveries were to be expected between 5 to 9 days after collection, then between 7-14 days. When asked when the delivery was supposed to happen we were told that our belongings had been forgotten.
Received few damaged and missing items. When confronted we were sent ”aggressive” emails in returns asking provide receipts and bills of items purchased many years ago.
Damages caused to valuable furniture.
Missing parts of my daughter’s bedroom which I’m now unable to put together.

We have just used Jacks Removals to move from our 3 bed house, into our new property.
I can’t fault both lads, they moved and protected all our things throughout the whole process and were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Jack and would use them again. Thanks

Having recently moved house we couldn’t recommend ‘Jack’s Removals’ enough. Our belongings were packed and transported carefully & professionally. Jack and his team were thorough, friendly and went above and beyond.
They showed great experience in their field, removing, dismantling and packing such large items with ease. We would 100% recommend, in fact, we’ve got more jobs booked in with them in the near future.

Really nice guys and so professional.
I use removal firms a lot as I work overseas, Jack’s Removals have been the best I’ve used by far.

Jack’s Removals provided an outstanding service at a very reasonable price. The team was professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with great care. I highly recommend them for a reliable and affordable removals service and I would definitely use them again!
